Our neighbor Dan has two dogs, and Dylan gets so excited every time he sees them heading out for a walk. He associates Dan with his dogs, so every time we see Dan, even without the dogs, he says, "doggie." I asked Dan how he feels about being called a dog, and thankfully he loves kids/Dylan and understands. :)
