Starting Solids

Big week in the Caifano household - Dylan started on solid food. Well....actually, the first meal occurred when we were in South Dakota. I had been out, and when I returned Mom informed me that Dad introduced Dylan to solids.....by sharing his ice cream. Dylan now knows that ice cream tastes good, and I now know that I need to babysit the babysitters. :)

Toys

Dylan's favorite (you'd never guess it, right?)

Playing with one of his new toys...
and starting to sit up on his own!

Farmer's Market

We went to our favorite farmer's market in the city last Saturday. One of our favorite things to do in the summer!

Marc - a little (too?) excited about the cucumbers he just purchased. :)

Birthdays

We recently got to celebrate both of our mom's birthdays with them, on their actual day.

One of mom's gifts was from a new website I love. Expressionery.com (link on right) lets you personalize stationery, note cards, etc.

For her first birthday as a grandma, Sharryn's present was a pillow with a silhouette of Dylan. See Simply Silhouettes link on right. I love this company!

South Dakota or Bust

Dylan now has four states on his travel "resume." Marc and I traveled to South Dakota with him for the first time with our good friends Eric and Kristin, who came for treatments at the Ortman Clinic. It was a fun, jam-packed weekend!

Marc and Eric went golfing with Grandpa and Uncle Paul.

Our reaction to being married for almost five years. We're standing in front of the restaurant where our rehearsal dinner was for our wedding. :)
